The programming spans the city's main venues, from large arenas like the Palau Sant Jordi and the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys, to emblematic spaces such as the Auditori, the Palau de la Música, the Liceu, and reference halls like Razzmatazz and Apolo. The return of the cultural space El Molino, which has resumed its activity focusing on jazz, soul, and blues, is also noteworthy.
The 2026 calendar is marked by residencies of major stars. Rosalía will offer four consecutive concerts in April at the Palau Sant Jordi. Other artists with multiple dates include Bad Gyal (three concerts at Palau Sant Jordi in March), Aitana (four dates in September), and Oques Grasses (four dates in October). Highlights also include performances by Bad Bunny at the Estadi Olímpic in May and Nathy Peluso and Raye at the Palau Sant Jordi in February.
The city's music cycles and festivals maintain their strength. The Cruïlla Hivern festival will bring artists like Julieta, Goran Bregović, and Sidonie between January and February. The Barnasants cycle, dedicated to singer-songwriters, will be present in various halls with names like Llach (with the transition concerts) and Ariel Rot. Furthermore, the Guitar BCN agenda includes María Peláe, Sexy Zebras, and Marlena.
The major summer festivals already have confirmed dates: Primavera Sound 2026 will take place from June 3 to 7 at the Parc del Fòrum, followed by Sónar 2026 from June 18 to 20. The schedule extends into 2027, with confirmed concerts such as Viva Suecia and Sergio Dalma at the Palau Sant Jordi.
