The 'Temporals' program aims to create artistic actions and experiences that engage citizens and dialogue with the immediate surroundings of the civic and cultural centers hosting them. It seeks to consolidate a stable and quality exhibition program in the neighborhoods and support the city's cultural and artistic sector.
For the 2026-2027 edition, grants are announced for a total of five projects in the individual or collective modality and two curatorial projects. The call is aimed at artists and curators residing within the metropolitan area of Barcelona, working individually or collectively, as legal entities or associations without legal personality.
Applicants are required to have a connection to the city, whether by birth, having studied in Barcelona or its area of influence, or by having developed specific biographical or professional experiences in the city. Applicants aged eighteen or over must meet these requirements.
Projects do not necessarily have to be unpublished, although the calls may establish evaluation criteria that favor proposals that have not been recently exhibited within the Barcelona Metropolitan Area.
The deadline for submitting applications is from October 8 to November 7, 2025.
