The local media outlet El Tot Cerdanyola has joined the new multiplatform channel AMIC Cultura, promoted by the Associació de Mitjans d’Informació i Comunicació (AMIC), to project its cultural news in the Barcelona metropolitan area starting February 3, 2026.

The main goal of AMIC Cultura is to create a shared cultural window that disseminates the cultural diversity of Barcelona's neighborhoods and the metropolitan area, breaking the center-periphery dichotomy. This initiative, developed with the participation of various local media and entities, seeks to highlight initiatives often left out of usual circuits.
The platform features the participation of several titles from the totmedia group, including TOT Cerdanyola al dia, TOT Sant Cugat, and TOT Ripollet al dia, thus broadening the cultural perspective beyond the capital. El Tot Cerdanyola al dia will contribute three monthly news items, focusing on the cultural current affairs of the municipality.

AMIC Cultura is a trilingual channel committed to cultural decentralization, highlighting initiatives often left out of usual circuits.

Among the content already published by the Cerdanyola outlet on the platform are articles about the programming of the teatre Ateneu, literary awards calls, and the Café amb Lletres gatherings. Furthermore, the channel offers daily information, reports, interviews, and an advanced cultural agenda in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
