ESINEC, School of Emotional Intelligence and Coaching, will hold a new edition of Rompiendo Esquemas this June, a free training experience aimed at people who feel that the time has come to stop surviving and start living in a more conscious, free, and aligned way with what they truly desire.
The proposal comes at a particularly significant time for the school, which this year celebrates 10 years of accompanying personal and professional transformation processes.

During this time, ESINEC has helped over 20,000 people work on their self-awareness, develop their emotional intelligence, and make decisions more consistent with the life they want to create.
During the event, participants will work on some of the internal dynamics that most influence personal and professional life: fear of change, the need for approval, difficulty making decisions, the tendency to postpone what is important, or the feeling of sustaining a life that no longer represents them.
Rompiendo Esquemas is the first step of the re-CRÉATE process, ESINEC's experiential training designed to guide people from emotional survival to a more authentic, powerful, and value-aligned life. Through practical dynamics, guided reflection, and emotional intelligence tools, the program invites participants to confront those "invisible chains" that often limit well-being, relationships, self-esteem, and the ability to generate different results.
