The project marks the brand's debut in the city and will be built on a plot owned by the Institut Català del Sòl (Incasòl), with Grupo Salas being the awardee for the development.
Located in the La Sínia neighborhood of Martorell, the hotel will feature 98 rooms. It is promoted by the real estate group and will be operated by Hotel Collection International.

The expansion director for IHG Hotels highlighted the significance of this first collaboration with Grupo Salas and the signing of the management of their seventh hotel with Hotel Collection International, which will operate under IHG standards.
