The Catalan University Quality Assurance Agency (AQU Catalunya) has certified the Internal Quality Assurance System (SIGQ) of the Barcelona School of Industrial Engineering of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. This certification ensures that the system is properly implemented and deployed.
This certification is a key preliminary step for institutional accreditation, as established by Royal Decree 640/2021. For this reason, the validation of the SIGQ is of maximum interest to Catalan universities.
With this accreditation, the Doctoral School of the Universitat Rovira i Virgili joins the list of centers from this university that have already obtained SIGQ certification. The corresponding reports can be consulted on the EUC Informes portal.
