Through this new recruitment drive, the Government reaffirms its commitment to approving public employment offers and conducting selection processes annually. The aim is to ensure predictability and transparency, as well as to attract new talent to the Catalan public administration.
Since the beginning of the current term, the Executive has approved a total of 16,932 public employment positions between 2025 and 2026. This initiative seeks to keep administrative temporality below 8% and promote administrative reform.
