Students from the Xaloc and Pineda school choirs have shared their experience of performing at the Lluís Companys Stadium during Pope Leo XIV's visit to Barcelona.

Eight students from the Xaloc and Pineda Schools, members of the schools' choirs, have recounted their experience of taking the stage at the Lluís Companys Stadium during the recent visit of Pope Leo XIV to Barcelona. They performed the song Superheroes alongside artist Beret, as part of one of the most massive events on the papal agenda.
For 6th-grade students like Ana Victòria Mar and Mercè Romero, it was "a very exciting and impressive experience that we really enjoyed." The scale of the event, which drew over 40,000 people, made some of the younger participants a bit nervous.
Max Monteverde and David Lagunas, from 5th grade, described the event as "impressive" and admitted it made them "a little nervous." Alex Garcés and Inés Villaexcusa, also in 6th grade, echoed the impact of singing in front of so many people, calling it "a unique experience we will never forget."
In addition to the choir participation, a first-grader from Xaloc School, Renzo, had a prominent role when he was able to directly ask the Pope during his visit to Sant Agustí parish in Raval if he played football.
