AOC continues its commitment to driving the digital transformation of Catalan public administrations. To this end, it has opened two new calls for permanent staff from consortium member administrations, aiming to recruit experienced professionals with a public service vocation.
The first position is for a Head of Governance, Control, and Organizational Efficiency (Reference: 60), a key role to ensure continuous process improvement and resource optimization. This position, reporting to the Organization Sub-directorate, is at level A13 with a gross annual salary of €74,418.82, plus a variable component of up to 10% linked to objective achievement. The application deadline is from September 4th to September 28th, 2026.
The second vacancy is for a Head of Data Service (Reference: 25), who will oversee and coordinate the optimal functioning of AOC's data service. This role, reporting to the Digital Transformation Sub-directorate, is at level A24 with a salary of €54,150.46 gross annually, plus a 10% variable component. The deadline for this position also closes on September 28th, 2026.
