Officers from the Guardia Urbana of L'Hospitalet, along with the Fire Department and Mossos d’Esquadra, responded to the scene. The agents conducted thorough checks to ensure no one remained in the affected zones and to maintain safety during emergency operations.
At the time of the incident, the hotel was accommodating approximately 300 people. Ultimately, 57 rooms had to be evacuated, and over a hundred guests were relocated to other hotels in the area.
