The calendar of events kicks off with prominent proposals such as the OFFF 2026 festival, dedicated to digital creativity, which will be held from April 16 to 18 at the Disseny Hub Barcelona. Concurrently, the BCN Film Fest 2026 will bring international figures to Cinemes Verdi between April 16 and 24.
Music will be one of the main attractions, with concerts by artists like Rosalía, Mishima, and Dani Martín. Additionally, on April 16, the final of the Fàbrica Embassa't competition will take place at Paral·lel 62, featuring free performances. The Barcelona Psych Fest 2026 will fill the city with psychedelic music from April 16 to 18, and the Ameba fstvl will offer electronic music at Poble Espanyol on April 18 and 19.
Popular festivities will also have their place, with the Festa Major de la Sagrada Família 2026 from April 17 to 26, and the Festes de Primavera de la Sagrera, which will begin on April 22. The Feria de Abril 2026 will return to Barcelona from April 24 to May 3, with free access and a paid concert area.
Other notable events include the Festa de la Ciència 2026 at El Born Centre de Cultura i Memòria on April 18 and 19, the Barcelona Cocktail Fest at Palo Alto on April 18 and 19, and International Jazz Day with free concerts on Passeig de Gràcia on April 26. Attendees can also enjoy the early celebration of Sant Jordi at Gustavo Gili on April 19 and the Sant Jordi Musical 2026 at the Antiga Fàbrica Estrella Damm on April 23.
The theatrical and exhibition offerings remain active with various plays on show and the opportunity to visit exhibitions in the city's museums and galleries. Furthermore, the Sagrada Família will offer free access for individuals named Jordi or Jordina during Sant Jordi, and Park Güell maintains its green pass for Barcelona residents.
