Barcelona Holds Local Security Council Meeting

Mayor Jaume Collboni will chair the meeting with Interior Minister Núria Parlon and police commanders.

The city of Barcelona will host a new meeting of the Local Security Council on Monday, July 20th, to be held in the Saló de Cròniques of the City Hall.

The session will be chaired by the Mayor of Barcelona, Jaume Collboni. Also participating will be the Minister of Interior and Public Security, Núria Parlon; the Deputy Mayor for Prevention, Security, Coexistence, and Internal Regime, Albert Batlle; and the Director General of the Police, Josep Lluís Trapero.
Also present at the meeting will be commanders from the police forces and emergency services operating in the city, as well as representatives from the Judiciary and the Public Prosecutor's Office.
Photojournalists will be able to take pictures of the gathering after it concludes, starting at 11:30 AM. Afterwards, media will be addressed in the Saló de la Ciutat of the City Hall.
