Currently, PAMB has opened a 'soft opening' location at València Street, 203, in Barcelona. This space serves as a laboratory where the team experiments with different cured meats and breads to perfect their recipes.
The final goal is a larger establishment located at Verdi Street, 15. This upcoming venue will feature a large kitchen, a dining area, and a bar where customers can watch the sandwiches being prepared in real-time.
