In the quarter-final round, CN Catalunya's players, known as the 'gracienques', eliminated the Greek team Glyfada. Meanwhile, the 'marineres' from CN Atlètic-Barceloneta defeated the Dutch team Polar Bears, securing their spots among the top four teams in the tournament.
Club Natació Catalunya is set to face Hungarian side BVSC Manna in the semifinals. The first leg of this tie will be played at the Sant Jordi pool. The team from Gràcia dominated their group stage, Group D, which included Pallanuoto Trieste and III Keruleti TVE from Hungary, despite an initial loss to the Italian team which they later overturned on goal difference.
As for Club Natació Atlètic-Barceloneta, their semifinal opponent will be Pallanuoto Trieste. The first leg of their match will take place at the Sant Sebastià pool. Chus Martín's team entered the Euro Cup after Club Esportiu Mediterrani withdrew and showed gradual improvement in the group stage, stringing together three consecutive victories after an initial defeat.
