Beyond Gaudí's masterpiece, the name 'Sagrada Familia' also identifies other locations, such as a church in Sabadell, located on Passeig del Dos de Maig. This parish, established in 1967, celebrated its 50th anniversary on October 22nd, 2017, with a mass presided over by the then bishop of Terrassa, Josep Àngel Saiz Meneses. The current administrator is Father Gustavo Lezama.
Barcelona's Sagrada Familia remains a major tourist attraction. In 2025, it welcomed 4,877,567 visitors, a figure very similar to the previous year. Visitors of North American nationality were the most numerous (15.07%), followed by Chinese (7.20%) and Italian (6.92%). Spanish visitors accounted for 10.82%, and those from the rest of Europe, 15.67%.
