Montjuïc Park will transform on October 3rd and 4th into a large cultural stage with a program open to all citizens to enjoy its heritage.

The initiative, known as Viu Montjuïc, el Parc de la Cultura, returns with the goal of highlighting the natural and artistic wealth of this iconic space in Barcelona. Throughout the weekend, visitors will be able to access a wide range of offerings including guided tours, workshops, thematic itineraries, and performing arts proposals such as music, dance, and theater.
This edition places special emphasis on collaboration between the various facilities and organizations that coexist on the mountain. These alliances allow for the creation of cross-disciplinary activities that connect different fields and audiences, reinforcing the park's role as a shared and accessible space.
The program also aligns with the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Teatre Lliure, which will have a prominent presence in the activities. Furthermore, the event is part of the journey toward the Centenary of the 1929 International Exposition, scheduled for 2029, consolidating the park as a cultural landmark of the city.
