The Castellers de Badalona renewed their technical and directive teams during the Ordinary General Assembly held on Saturday, January 24, appointing Ferran Creixell as Cap de Colla and Cesc Soriano as President, aiming to take a step forward.

The new technical team of the Castellers de Badalona will be led by Ferran Creixell as 'cap de colla' (team leader) and Núria Serra as 'sots-cap de colla' (deputy leader). The team is completed by Martí Moreno as 'cap de pinyes', Alba Jalencas and Carlos Ruiz as co-leaders of the 'canalla' (children), and Joan Serra as 'cap de troncs'.
Regarding the organizational scope, the new board of directors will be chaired by Cesc Soriano. He is accompanied by Álvaro Parra as secretary, Alice Yan as treasurer, Sergi Sánchez as head of public relations, Josep Palau for communication, Aïda Collado for activities, and Lucas Bravo for musicians.

Among the main challenges for the new board are obtaining a new premises for the group and increasing social membership.

Currently, the group rehearses at the old Maignon market in Badalona. With this renewal, the Castellers de Badalona aim to strengthen internal organization, encourage participation, and continue consolidating their presence within the Catalan 'casteller' scene.
