The location is situated just a few meters from the municipal border with Montgat. According to the Badalona City Council, the deceased had been monitored by local social services prior to the incident.
“"The deceased had rejected on several occasions the accommodation services that Social Services had offered him."
This incident represents the third death of a homeless person on the streets of Badalona in 2026. Previous cases were reported on January 6th and February 21st.
