The Kultur app marked its first anniversary in Barcelona this January 2026, proving its success in filling empty theater seats through last-minute discounts for a new generation of spectators.

Founded by Leire Garmendia and Ana Barquero, the platform has surpassed one million euros in ticket sales and reached 100,000 downloads. The app offers discounts of at least 25% on the day of the event, with prices ranging from 3 to 20 euros for various cultural activities.
In Barcelona, the service has expanded from five initial venues to over 80 cultural spaces. Local directors from La OFF Barcelona and Secret Comedy Club praise the platform for its ability to attract new audiences and its personalized service compared to traditional ticketing giants.

"A user can discover rooms that are not very well known precisely because of how the offer is ordered."
