The new location is on the seventh floor of building D, a space totaling 1,239 square meters. To adapt these facilities, an investment of 604,682.36 euros was made, ensuring everything is operational for the start of the academic year on September 1st.
The new facilities include six training classrooms, with capacities for twenty or thirty students, as well as complementary spaces such as a faculty room, a multipurpose cloister, administrative offices, and a medical office. This location will allow future members of the judicial career to be in direct contact with court activity, facilitating trial simulations and interaction with magistrates and prosecutors.
The Government has approved the modification of the concession contract to progressively integrate the entire building D for use by the Generalitat between 2026 and 2030. This strategy not only addresses the current need for space but also opens the door to maintaining these facilities permanently to accommodate future classes of judges and prosecutors.
