The executive market in Catalonia sees significant shifts this February 2026, with Isabel Vidal taking the helm at Grup Focus and major appointments at L'Oreal and Fira de Barcelona.

Isabel Vidal has been appointed as the new CEO of Grup Focus, a leading cultural content provider. She succeeds Daniel Martínez de Obregón in executive duties, who remains as non-executive chairman.
In international news, former Inditex chief Pablo Isla is set to become vice-president of L'Oreal this April, following a proposal from Nestlé.
Locally, Marc Rodríguez steps down from Barcelona's International Convention Centre (CCIB) after 17 years. Constantí Serrallonga from Fira de Barcelona will manage the transition.
