The incident occurred during a routine operation to prevent home robberies. Upon spotting the officers, the driver made a sudden turn and began fleeing at high speed in the wrong direction through the streets of the Baix Llobregat municipality.

The chase, supported by the Martorell Local Police, ended when the vehicle became trapped in a dead-end street, allowing officers to intercept the suspect.

During the subsequent search of the car, police found several hidden wraps of cocaine and a significant amount of cash, leading to the individual's arrest.
