Barcelona's second deputy mayor, Maria Eugènia Gay, will participate on Saturday, July 18th, in the Pride Barcelona 2026 demonstration, held under the slogan «All Realities, One Pride».

The demonstration will begin at 6:00 PM in Plaça de la Universitat. Maria Eugènia Gay will attend accompanied by the Commissioner for Child, Adolescent, Youth, and LGTBI Policies, Javier Rodríguez. Also present will be the Minister of the Presidency, Albert Dalmau, the Minister of Equality and Feminism of the Generalitat de Catalunya, Eva Menor, and the president of Pride Barcelona, Ferran Poca.
This year, Pride Barcelona focuses on the concept of intersectionality, recognizing that aspects such as sexual orientation, gender identity, origin, age, social class, or administrative status intertwine and shape each person's life experiences. This year's slogan is «All Realities, One Pride».
The march will start from Plaça Universitat and proceed along Gran Via to the Arc de Triomf, where the manifesto will be read and several concerts will take place.
Before the demonstration begins, at 5:45 PM, Maria Eugènia Gay and Minister Eva Menor will address the media at the intersection of Balmes and Gran Via.
