The restaurant Los Tortillez, known for its diverse tortilla creations, has launched a special edition coinciding with the football World Cup. The new offering, named 'Naranjito tortilla', pays tribute to the iconic mascot of the 1982 World Cup held in Spain.
This dish, with its characteristic orange hue, combines the intensity of cochinita pibil with the acidity of achiote and the freshness of orange. The result is a flavorful profile full of personality, described as intense and cheerful, evoking the festive spirit of football and the 1980s.
Those interested in trying this unique creation can only find it at the establishment located at Manso, 50 street, in the Sant Antoni neighborhood, until July 19th, the day of the tournament's final.
This special tortilla joins the restaurant's regular menu, which includes other popular dishes like croquettes, meatballs, and fricandó, solidifying Los Tortillez as a meeting point for tortilla de patatas enthusiasts.
