UE Sant Andreu (UESA) will renovate the pitch at its Narcís Sala stadium starting in August, aiming for a return to play by early November. The project involves an investment of 1.7 million euros.

The installation of natural grass at the Narcís Sala stadium, home of Unió Esportiva Sant Andreu (UESA), is scheduled to commence in August. According to a club statement, the project is anticipated to conclude by early November, provided no unforeseen delays occur. This upgrade is a mandatory requirement from the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) for participation in the Primera RFEF league.
The total cost for the works, encompassing the new turf and other essential improvements, is estimated at approximately 1.7 million euros. These enhancements also include a complete overhaul of the electrical system to meet the RFEF's minimum lighting standards, the construction of new storage facilities, the replacement of dugouts to improve spectator visibility from the stands, and the remodeling of certain access points to facilitate machinery entry.
The tender for the Narcís Sala stadium's renovation has been processed as urgent by the municipal company Bimsa, with an initial bid exceeding 1.7 million euros (VAT included). At present, the venue for Sant Andreu's initial home league matches has not yet been determined.
UESA has stated that once the Primera RFEF calendar is released, they will evaluate the most suitable stadium option for each match, depending on the opponents and with the necessary authorizations from the RFEF and third parties. Potential venues include Can Dragó, Badalona's stadium, the Estadi Olímpic de Montjuïc, or the Johan Cruyff stadium, although the high occupancy of some of these facilities might present challenges.
