The presence of the Catalan language on the websites of Michelin-starred restaurants in Catalonia has reached 97%, with only three establishments yet to adapt their digital platforms.

According to Plataforma per la Llengua, 60 out of 62 starred restaurants now provide a Catalan version of their site. Recent additions include Barcelona's Fishology, Enoteca Paco Pérez, and Hofmann, as well as Citrus del Tancat in Alcanar.
The remaining holdouts are Kamikaze and Scapar in Barcelona, and Deliranto in Salou. The latter faces a formal complaint before the Catalan Consumer Agency because it also fails to provide physical menus in Catalan, violating current regional regulations.
In other Catalan-speaking territories, the figures are lower. Only 24% of starred restaurants in the Valencian Community and 15% in the Balearic Islands have Catalan websites. In Andorra, the only Michelin-starred venue, Ibaya, does offer its site in the official language.
