The Sabadell City Council approved on Monday a new grant of over 190,000 euros from the Barcelona Provincial Council to enhance local employment initiatives scheduled until 2027.

This funding adds to the more than 1.5 million euros previously allocated by the provincial government to Sabadell. The primary goal is to facilitate the labor market entry of high-risk groups, including youth, individuals over 45, and the long-term unemployed.
The program expects to generate more than 40 job openings. Participants will work in municipal services such as maintenance, carpentry, painting, and administration. These roles are designed to provide essential work experience and professional training.
Interested candidates can monitor upcoming opportunities and requirements on the official websites vaporllonch.cat and sabadelltreball.cat, which serve as the main hubs for local recruitment processes.
