According to information provided by Protecció Civil through their official channels, the incident occurred during the day on Saturday. As a result of this event, train traffic was disrupted across several lines of the Rodalies network.

The disruptions directly impacted service on the R4 and R7 lines in the section between the Montcada and Sabadell Sud stations. To minimize inconvenience to passengers, alternative single-track circulation was established towards Cerdanyola del Vallès.
