At just 25 years old, this young man from Sant Cugat del Vallès invested his savings into a franchise in the Santa Eulàlia neighborhood. After working as a waiter and later as a salesman, he struck a deal with the Grocasa group to open his own branch if he met specific sales targets.
The initial months were difficult. Without a physical headquarters, Elmoussaoui used his car as a mobile office, storing all marketing materials there and meeting clients in local cafes. He recalls the hardship of door-to-door sales in such a densely populated city.

The business faced a major crisis a year ago when debts rose to 50,000 euros, leading to the loss of his office space. Despite considering quitting, the now 28-year-old director decided to start from scratch with a renewed mindset.
