Entrepreneur Zakaria Elmoussaoui has successfully established his own Grocasa real estate agency in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat after a challenging start without a physical office and facing severe financial struggles.

At just 25 years old, this young man from Sant Cugat del Vallès invested his savings into a franchise in the Santa Eulàlia neighborhood. After working as a waiter and later as a salesman, he struck a deal with the Grocasa group to open his own branch if he met specific sales targets.
The initial months were difficult. Without a physical headquarters, Elmoussaoui used his car as a mobile office, storing all marketing materials there and meeting clients in local cafes. He recalls the hardship of door-to-door sales in such a densely populated city.

"At the beginning, I didn't have a physical office and nobody knew me. My car became the information point."
