“"We are neighbors, we have a relationship and we share values, which is why we thought of doing a collaboration."
Pastry chef Andreu Sayó used the color pink, which identifies the graphic image of the Moco Museum, as the base to dye the chocolate coating. The sweet treat, which is heart-shaped, is filled with raspberries and chocolate.
This gastronomic and artistic fusion allows customers to purchase a special discounted ticket to visit the museum early in the morning and then enjoy breakfast at Brunells. The base of the "croissart" uses the same dough that won the award for the best croissant in Spain in 2020 and 2024.
The product can be purchased at the pastry shop, located in the Sant Pere, Santa Caterina i la Ribera neighborhood, for a price of 5 euros.
