The public energy firm L'Energètica has finalized the acquisition of the Roc de la Mel solar farm in Casserres, marking a significant step in providing renewable power to Generalitat services.

Minister of Territory Sílvia Paneque visited the site this March 20, accompanied by Daniel Pérez, the managing director of L'Energètica. The facility boasts a capacity of 1.63 MWp and covers 2.84 hectares in the Berguedà region.
The plant is expected to generate 2.56 GWh annually. This output is equivalent to 1.5 times the total electricity consumption of Berga Hospital, highlighting the project's significant local impact.

"The park will be a key piece for the economic development and progress of the region."
