Local runner Delfí Vilaseca presented his new book Fin: Tu corres, tots correm this Saturday at the Berga Library, focusing on the intersection of marathon running and life challenges.

The author, who has completed 33 marathons in the last decade, compiled reflections from his races in cities like Barcelona and Amsterdam. Published by Cossetània Edicions, all proceeds from the book will support pancreatic cancer research at the IDIBELL institute.

"The finish line is not silence, it is deep breathing, looking at the long term. The most important thing is not the arrival, but what you have lived."

The presentation featured journalist Arcadi Alibés, who wrote the prologue, and biology expert Meritxell Rovira. The narrative uses the 42.195 km race as a metaphor for resilience, family, and human dedication.
