The Cerdanya region is preparing to host Woman Rocks on April 24, a key initiative to boost entrepreneurship and leadership among women in the area.

This event, which has previously taken place in major cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, and Palma, arrives in the Cerdanya territory with the goal of showcasing female talent and generating new opportunities for both professional and personal growth. The initiative is part of Cerdanya's strategy to position itself as a MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) destination, highlighting the area's potential to host professional events and conferences.
The program includes various inspiring talks, networking spaces, and a round table featuring prominent women from the region. They will share their experiences, overcome challenges, and offer practical tools for developing professional projects.
Among the scheduled interventions, highlights include the inaugural talk on female entrepreneurship, a session on the importance of rest in professional performance, another on the value of relationships in business, and a discussion on the role of social media in business growth. Topics on finance for entrepreneurs will also be addressed.

The event is co-organized by the Cerdanya Regional Council, Woman Rocks, and Empresariat Cerdanya, with the support of various local institutions and entities.
