The Hospital de Cerdanya has introduced a new public health initiative focused on balanced nutrition, featuring an interactive exhibition available to visitors in the main lobby until April 30th.

The exhibition, titled Small changes to eat better, introduces the hand method as a simple tool for portion control. This technique uses an individual's hand size to estimate the recommended amounts of vegetables, proteins, and carbohydrates for a balanced daily diet.
Visitors can engage with educational displays to build a healthy plate and learn about seasonal foods. The project is supported by the Catalan Public Health Agency and the hospital's own Nutrition and Dietetics Unit to provide science-based dietary advice.
