The Intersindical-CSC union achieved a clean sweep in the labor staff elections at the Cerdanya County Council this Friday, winning all five representative seats.

This election marks a milestone for the Cerdanya institution, as it is the first time a formal Works Council has been established. Previously, the staff size only allowed for the election of individual personnel delegates.
The winning ticket received significant backing, with 72.2% of the total workforce supporting the candidacy. Voter turnout was notably high, reaching 83.3% of the eligible employees.
The Intersindical-CSC defines itself as a national, class-based, and feminist union. This victory consolidates its position as a leading labor force in the region, operating independently from Spanish state-wide organizations.
