The menu will focus on KM0 local products, featuring winter cabbage, 'trumfes' (potatoes), local cheeses, and cold meats. The main dish, trinxat de Cerdanya, is a traditional recipe made with local ingredients that gain their unique flavor from the freezing winter nights in the mountains.
The event is organized in collaboration with Cuina Pirinenca de Cerdanya, local restaurants, and students from INS Pere Borrell. The night will end with live music from the Orquestra Montecarlo, celebrating the local identity through food and tradition.
