The alert was received at 10:16 AM. The fire mainly affected the wooden cladding of the building's exterior facade, but it did not penetrate the interior of the property nor did it damage the roof.
According to initial assessments by the fire department, no injuries were reported. The main hypothesis being investigated by emergency teams is that the flames were caused by welding work being carried out in the area.
Units from the Puigcerdà, Llívia, Bellver de Cerdanya, and Alp stations were deployed to the scene. By midday, most units had withdrawn, leaving only one team to carry out cooling tasks and damage assessment before concluding the operation.
