Several bookstores and publishers have joined an initiative by the Consell Comarcal de la Conca de Barberà to bring books to the region's school canteens. The campaign aims to expand reading and educational leisure spaces during lunchtime at the schools.

The initiative has involved Llibreria La Baldufa in Montblanc, La Ratolina in Tarragona, and Iddink Spain, who responded to the call from the County Council's Education Department.

The main objective is to foster reading habits among children and facilitate access to books during midday breaks at educational centers in the Conca de Barberà.

The County Council has highly valued the response received, highlighting the commitment of the collaborating companies and establishments to education and the territory. The books will be distributed soon in the canteens where the County Council provides the service.
