The town of Montblanc is gearing up for an intense day this Sunday, with an extensive program for Medieval Week that will fill its streets with activity and attract a large number of visitors.

The program includes constant entertainment, family shows, historical reenactments, and symbolic acts. From early morning, the town will offer musical animations and itinerant performances such as L'arbre màgic or the popular Traginers de la Biga, who will tour various areas of the municipality.
The Medieval Market and the Crafts Exhibition will be active throughout the day, complemented by a wine market in the moat of the Sant Francesc wall and a village encampment at the Sant Jordi wall.
The morning will be dedicated to family and educational activities, with proposals such as Titelles Reials, Cerverí a la cort, or El Recaptador Cara-rata. There will also be demonstrations by the Knightly School and guard shifts, in addition to retinues that will enliven the festive atmosphere.
At midday, the activity will intensify with shows like Euphorium, the tournament at the encampment, and knightly combats, which will be repeated in the afternoon in Sant Francesc square. The royal and village retinues will continue to set the pace of the day with different routes through the streets.
The afternoon will culminate with one of the most anticipated moments: the delivery of the Rose of Sant Jordi at Foradot, scheduled for 6 PM, which will bring the day to a close with a highly symbolic reenactment. Subsequently, the Royal Retinue will conclude the events with a new procession.
