Developed with the participation of over a hundred people, the plan focuses on five key areas: professionalizing the staff, improving accessibility, community integration, diversifying cultural programming, and enhancing communication with the public in Conca de Barberà.
The local government also plans to restructure the museum's management by dissolving the current consortium and integrating it into the municipal framework. This move is intended to ensure the facility's long-term viability and its official status within the Catalonia museum registry.
With an annual budget of approximately 120,000 euros, the museum will launch specific programs for the elderly to recover local heritage and creative projects for art students to foster a deeper connection with the territory.
