The play Hamlet, featuring Albert Pla and en Peyu, will conclude the Pels Descosits Festival next Saturday, May 2, in l'Espluga de Francolí, following a successful run in Barcelona.

The Teatre del Casal in l'Espluga de Francolí will host the play Hamlet on Saturday, May 2, at 8 PM, marking the closing of the first edition of the Pels Descosits Festival. This event, organized by La Conca 5.1, has presented various cultural proposals that have filled the local theater.
The show, which ran for four months at the Teatre Coliseum in Barcelona, now comes to the Tarragona region. The plot of Hamlet explores the coexistence and conflicts between two hospital patients, combining moments of tension and humor. The play reflects on life and death through superstitions and everyday situations, offering a less tragic perspective than the classical one.
The festival has featured other notable performances such as Vaques Flaques by Marc Sarrats, l'Hora de la Oye Sherman with Maria Sherman and Vidda Priego, and la Sotana, all of which were well-received by the audience. Tickets for Hamlet are still available through the www.ticketic.org platform.
