The cultural program for L'Espluga de Francolí for the first months of 2026 includes more than twenty proposals covering performing arts, cinema, music, and family shows. Activities will mainly take place at the Teatre del Casal and the sala Folch i Torres of the Casalet, solidifying the municipality as a cultural reference point in Conca de Barberà.
Among the highlights, the season kicks off on January 25 with the comedy show Bona gent, by Quim Masferrer and Guerrilla Produccions, framed within the 460th Fira de Sant Vicenç – El foc, el nostre origen 2026. Another key event is the close-up magic show by Jordi Caps, the winner of Got Talent España, who will offer two exclusive sessions on March 14 at the Teatre del Casal.
The program consolidates L'Espluga de Francolí as a cultural reference in Conca de Barberà, offering a wide variety of genres.
Catalan comedy will be prominent in April with the Pels Descosits cycle, commemorating the 15th anniversary of the La Conca 5.1 association. This includes monologues Vaques Flaques by Marc Sarrats and L’hora de l’Oye Sherman, featuring Vidda Priego, on April 10 and 11. On the evening of April 11, the popular podcast La Sotana will also be held at the Teatre del Casal.
The program is complemented by the Cicle Cinema Gaudí, featuring screenings like Una quinta portuguesa (Avelina Prat) and Romeria (Carla Simón), and the Casalet Kids Cycle, with family proposals such as Això no és màgia, o sí and La mama dels arbres. The 7th edition of the Festival de Novel·la Criminal en Català El Vi Fa Sang (March 20 to 22) and the 1st Mostra de Teatre KM.0 will also take place.
