The Associació Medieval de la Llegenda de sant Jordi has announced that the gala to choose the main protagonists of the 39th Medieval Week in Montblanc will take place on Friday, January 24, at the Casal Montblanquí pavilion.

The evening will serve to elect the Princess and Sant Jordi for the 2026 edition. During the event, the remaining key figures for the next edition will also be revealed: the King, the Queen, the Veguers, and the Heads of House (Caps de Casa).
The election will be carried out through a vote among the members of the Medieval Association. Candidates for Princess and Sant Jordi must first pass various prepared tests for the occasion.
Regarding eligibility, Montblanc residents turning 21 during 2026 can run for Sant Jordi. For the Princess, residents who reach the age of majority during 2025 are eligible to apply.
Tickets to attend the election dinner will be available for purchase starting next Monday, December 22, through the official website of the Setmana Medieval.
