The regulatory bases outline the requirements, registration procedure, admission criteria, and safety conditions for floats and troupes. The initial maximum number of groups is 40, which can be extended based on organizational capacity. Priority will be given to groups from Cubelles, followed by those who participated in the 2025 or 2026 editions, and finally new groups.
The pre-registration period will be open on the mobile application App Tràmit from November 16th at 8 AM to November 22nd at 11:59 PM. Differentiated application processes will be available for local groups, groups from outside the municipality with recent participation, and new groups. A provisional list of admitted groups will be published afterwards, with a waiting list if the maximum is exceeded.
Final registration will also be completed through the App Tràmit from December 14th (8 AM) to December 20th (11:59 PM). A form must be filled out with group details, participation category, number of members, costume theme, and responsible person's information, including a declaration of compliance with requirements.
Floats and troupes must consist of 20 to 200 members with a common costume theme. All groups must have the corresponding insurance and comply with safety measures. Floats must also adhere to maximum dimensions, technical conditions, and safety equipment. Costumes and content must respect human dignity and avoid discriminatory, sexist, or violence-promoting content.
The Culture Department has approved subsidies of €100 for troupes and €250 for groups, with a total limit of €8,000. Aid will be awarded based on priority order to groups that effectively participate in the parade and complete the route, after expense justification.
