The renowned Catalan rock band Lax'n'Busto has launched its 40th-anniversary celebration tour with a concert at La Mirona in Salt, as part of the Strenes festival, before an enthusiastic audience.

The group has begun the commemoration of four decades of music with a memorable performance, which served to revisit the most emblematic songs of their career. The event started with tracks such as La meva terra és el mar, Trepitja fort, and Més que la meva sang, culminating with T'estimo molt.

"It's a celebration. If we hadn't felt this connection with the audience, we wouldn't have continued."

The band, originally from El Vendrell, performed its first concert in August 1986 in Albinyana, quickly establishing itself as one of the leading names in Catalan rock. After a break and some reunion concerts in late 2024, the band decided to continue with this anniversary tour, driven by the great public reception.
The group members have highlighted the audience's reaction, which includes several generations, from grandparents to children, creating a unique atmosphere in their live shows. They have expressed that playing at La Mirona feels like playing at home, and have already announced their return later this year to celebrate the venue's 25th anniversary.

"What made us come back and celebrate was the audience's reaction. We see three generations, grandparents, parents, and children come, and that's amazing."
