The Catalan Football Federation's Extraordinary General Assembly met in Girona this Wednesday to officially ratify Antonio Escudero as the organization's new Vice President.

The businessman from La Jonquera received 90 votes in favor and 12 against. Antonio Escudero, who is also a vice president at FC Barcelona under Joan Laporta and a former president of Girona FC, now joins the federation's leadership.
Additionally, Miquel Barcons was confirmed as a board member and the permanent delegate for the Girona region, a position he had held temporarily following the dismissal of Jordi Bonet.
