Girona-born player Berta Ribas has ended her four-year tenure at Spar Girona with the intention of finding a new team where she can secure more playing time.

After four seasons linked to the organization, two of them with Tordera as a reference team and the last two fully integrated into the first team, the point guard has decided to embark on a new path. The decision, made by mutual agreement with the sports management, responds to the player's need to have a more relevant role on the court.
The player highlighted the learning acquired during this period, despite acknowledging the difficulty of competing in a high-level team like Spar Girona. As she explained, her current goal is to find a project where she can demonstrate her growth and establish herself as an important piece within the rotation.

"Now it was my turn to play. Everything I have learned during these four years I have to put into practice."
