Irregularities in the Specialized Health Training (FSE) process began with the failure to meet deadlines set by the ministerial order. The final lists of admitted candidates were published late, specifically the Friday before the exam, leaving only one week for preparation.
In addition to the delays, thousands of aspirants have reported numerous IT problems. Professional groups estimate that up to 10,000 candidates may have errors in the assessment of their academic records, increasing the sense of disorder and uncertainty.
“"You start preparing from high school, it's six years of university, and when the decisive moment arrives, they make it even harder for you."
One of the most controversial points is the reduction of exam venues. Catalonia lost the Girona venue, forcing students, including the 108 from the Universitat de Girona, to concentrate in Barcelona, a situation that contrasts sharply with previous years.
“"This is not about isolated errors but a chain of erroneous decisions and clearly negligent management by the Ministry."
The crisis has also affected the preparation of the test itself, as the committee responsible for drafting the questions resigned last summer due to economic disagreements, raising doubts about how the exam, which accounts for 90% of the final grade, was ultimately prepared.
