The 105th edition of the Volta Ciclista a Catalunya begins this Monday in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, marking the start of a week where Girona will be the center of the cycling world.

The race features a stellar lineup including Tour de France champion Jonas Vingegaard, Remco Evenepoel, and Joao Almeida. Five of the seven stages will cross Girona province, including the opening days in Banyoles and Figueres.
Key mountain finishes at Vallter and Coll de Pal are expected to decide the general classification before the traditional finale in Barcelona. The event also marks the professional retirement of veteran climber Nairo Quintana.
