The Girona City Council has released the Menja't Girona mobile app, an interactive tool that allows visitors to explore the Santa Eugènia Gardens using augmented reality and 3D historical reconstructions.

Available on Play Store and App Store, the app offers a unique way to experience one of the city's most significant green spaces. Users can follow personalized routes and see digital recreations of the Monar irrigation canal and traditional crops, blending the physical environment with digital interpretation.

"The Santa Eugènia Gardens are a key part of our identity, and this app helps to highlight and promote them."

Gemma Geis · Vice-mayor and Councilor for Economic Promotion
The project, which cost 149,289.50 euros, aims to boost off-season tourism and educational awareness. The app features 16 interactive environments and is available in four languages: Catalan, Spanish, English, and French, with specific accessibility features for visually impaired users.
